About Your Visit to the Cafe

Reservations

Reservations can be made through our website. For groups of 5 or more, please contact us directly.

While walk-ins are welcome, we kindly ask that you make a reservation for Afternoon Tea at least two days in advance.

Same-day Reservations For same-day reservations, please call us at 03-3470-5123.

Time Limit

We operate with a 90-minute seating time from your reservation. Please be aware that the time limit does not change if you arrive late, so plan accordingly. If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, your reservation will be automatically canceled.

Our reservation-based breakfast service is available from 9:00 to 11:00. There is no time limit for breakfast, but please note that it ends at 11:00 (last order at 10:30).

Menu

In addition to our regular menu, we offer seasonal sweets and Afternoon Tea, which change depending on the time of year. You can view the full menu by clicking the MENU button below.

Please note that we operate on a one-drink per person policy, so we kindly ask that you order a drink.

Afternoon Tea

Afternoon Tea is available for one person or more. Please make sure to order one set per person (sharing is not allowed). The photos are for reference only, and the actual items may vary.

Payment

We accept credit cards, transport IC cards, ID, Quicpay, and QR payments.
The teas sold in our shop are also available for purchase online.

Photography

You are welcome to take photos of the food, interior, and shop items.
However, please note that photographing our staff is not allowed.
We do not offer staff selection or photo sessions, so we kindly ask for your understanding.


About Your Visit

To ensure a relaxed dining experience, we do not allow children who are not yet in school.

Please note that there are stairs and steps leading to the cafe, and we do not have an elevator. Unfortunately, the cafe is not wheelchair accessible. While there are handrails on the stairs, we advise caution for guests with mobility issues or elderly customers.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or expect to arrive late, please contact us at 03-3470-5123. If you are more than 15 minutes late without notifying us, your reservation will be automatically canceled.

For Afternoon Tea cancellations, we charge a 50% cancellation fee for the day before, and a 100% fee for same-day cancellations. Please be aware that frequent no-shows or cancellations may result in difficulty making future reservations.

Our cafe is smoke-free.
There is a designated smoking area on the first floor; please let us know if you'd like to use it.
